In a bowl combine the dry Vejje Sausage Mix and spices and mix well. Add the vinegar, hot water and oil, and mix well with a spoon.
Let mixture rest for 25 minutes
Cook the crumbles in a lightly oiled non-stick skillet over medium heat for 3 to 5 minutes. Turn the crumbles over and cook for an additional 3 to 4 minutes or until nicely browned.
Remove the crumbles from the heat and allow to cool slightly. When cool enough to handle, break crumbles into pieces with hands.
You are now ready to use Vejje Chorizo Crumbles as a topping for tostados, nachos or pizza, or as a filling for tacos, enchiladas and burritos. Vejje Sausage Crumbles can also be enjoyed in a warm tortilla with sliced avocado with breakfast potatoes or in a vegan scramble.
